Project Overview
United Fabrics has a reputation for industry-leading service and support. However, they used an outdated site to facilitate customer communication rather than power the business. Our primary goal then was to reimagine how they could do business online; giving their employees rails for better internal processes while also serving their audiences a smooth check-out flow and engagement-building features.
As the design lead, I collaborated with United Fabric stakeholders, our engineering team and strategist, and an external illustrator. I worked with all to define requirements within the context of a fast-paced agency project. During the later phase of the project, I handled spec work that increased the project scope. I was responsible for all design deliverables.
