In the following 15-ish years, I settled into agency life with a singular purpose: I wanted to help clients grow their businesses by raising the standard of their digital products.

First at Silverpoint: working alongside founders, I traveled the globe (literally!) as a hands-on designer building websites and their design systems on our flagship CMS SchoolSuite web app. Our best-in-class design solutions enabled the world's premier schools to communicate with students, teachers, and parents. That same best-in-class design team helped to rapidly grow our client base resulting in a high-profit acquisition by Finalsite.

Later at Fastspot, I partnered with prominent clients such as Yale University, Georgetown Law, ConocoPhillips, Loma Linda Healthcare, and The Chicago Council for Global Affairs; leading and supporting teams that resulted in 10+ Webby recognized projects. Our design team procured contracts via strength of design.

Currently, I lead the Guardian Design System at Guardian Life Insurance. From a micro view, I design components that support our digital products, evangelize the use of the system, and steer its vision. From a Macro perspective (as always), I focus on raising the standard of our digital products.
